Before he got fascinated through human behavior and his search to the causes of it, he was physiotherapist and osteopath.
He is an expert in guiding people through their emotions using EFT/ tapping as his tool.

Balancing your body and mind in these challenging times
We've been in the middle of it for a while. We can't shake it off. Covid-19, this invisible enemy holds us and continues to hold us. Some struggle with it, but conversely, this phenomenon can be challenging for many. Whether we like it or not, it forces us to change. We can do nothing but adapt. Boundaries are pushed or limited. Due to these limitations we are thrown emotionally from left to right. It’s necessary to have something in your hands that will bring you back into balance.
Emotional Freedom Techniques or EFT is the technique. A simple technique when applied correctly can reset your mind and body. EFT is based on a combination of ancient Chinese acupressure principles and modern psychology. By tapping on specific acupuncture points on the body, while keeping your focus on what you are feeling (usually a negative feeling), this helps calm down the central nervous system, allowing our mind to reorganize in a healthier way, react and restore the energetic balance in the body. Applicable to all kinds of feelings, including stress (and who does not have this), fear, sadness, pain etc ... if you really want balance in your life or at work: EFT does its job and balances your body and mind in this challenging times. In this webinar I will show and teach you how to take care of your emotions, how to bring more balance into your live and how to survive in this challenging times.
